Abstract Paintings
Colour is my starting point. I paint intuitively, responding to the mood of the day and choosing colours that feel right in the moment. Working in oil or acrylic, I begin with an impromptu underpainting that gradually guides me toward shapes, relationships and harmony.
I work in layers, allowing the painting to evolve rather than following a predetermined image. The process is an exploration of colour, movement and discovery, with each painting finding its own character.

Mixed Media Monoprints
These one-of-a-kind works are layered abstractions, created through an intuitive process of colour, texture and mark-making on a base plate. Layers are built and transferred to paper, then further developed with collage and pastel. I continue to add, highlight and refine through colour until each piece finds its own character.
